Job Description

The Channel Account Manager assists our SVP of Sales in maintaining relationships with Partners to make sure they have the resources from Cachet’s team for the specific purpose of contractual continuity and increasing revenue generation.

Our Channel Account Manager will also be responsible for communicating internally with Cachet’s resources to assist Partners in accomplishing their annual goals with System Integrators, Referral and Reseller partners, while reporting to our SVP of Sales.

This position will be located in our Corporate offices in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

  • On-site Partner visits as defined by our SVP of Sales to develop, review and grow business relationships.
  • Developing a Partner guide which includes bio’s on partners as a resource for the sales team.
  • Weekly provide updates on the partner integrations to Project Management and Client Services.
  • In coordination with SVP of Sales assisting Partners in establishing goals and revenue projections.
  • Conduct analysis of current business processes with an effort towards securing service relationships to enhance partnership relations.

  • Once a reseller partner is signed, serve as the primary point of contact for the partner while providing company resources to support and deliver services.
  • Preparation of proposals and presentations for specific recommendations for programs, services and additional solutions for Partners success.
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational issues that must be resolved to avoid negatively impacting relationships and partner clients.
  • Responsible for educating Partners on the business benefits of Cachet’s products and services.
  • Responsible for revenue growth within the assigned portfolio of Partners by creating and managing strategies for improvement and penetration.
  • Providing feedback to our Partners on what is happening with the accounts they have passed opportunities with us. Contacting Referral Partners monthly with this information.
  • Attends Partner events like user groups, etc.
  • Consultative sales, account management & strategic out of the box approach with Partners.
  • Must be organized, able to handle multiple tasks and enjoy being a team player.
  • 3-5 years experience in the financial services industry in a sales/consultant, relationship management or account manager role with demonstrated revenue quota achievement and RDC or related experience.
  • Superior communication skills to facilitate establishing relationships with Partners.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic.
  • Skillful at promoting ideas and interacting positively and with confidence.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • A desire to succeed and grow in a professional and dynamic sales environment
  • Able to travel
