Job Description

Cachet Financial Solutions is a leading provider of commercial and consumer Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) solutions for financial organizations and their customers, providing a fully integrated, customized solution and a unique platform that eliminates the need for financial organizations to build and manage their own RDC business is seeking a x9/ACH Technical Support Engineer on a contract basis. Our candidate will be providing support to clients and internal staff members for all existing x9.37/ACH product offerings.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide professional application and technical support to clients and staff.
  • Evaluate incoming client configurations for x9.37/ACH files and assess current capabilities.
  • Provide setup and monitoring of x9.37/ACH files to clients from test to production.
  • Provide daily file transmission of x9.37/ACH files to item processors and financial institutions.
  • Provide 1st-4th level support and execute escalation procedures when applicable.
  • Create and maintain documentation pertaining to daily operations of the ACH.
  • Evaluate and perform file delivery modifications per client request.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Hours of Work – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM – willing to be flexible with this schedule.
Qualifications
  • Experience with software trouble shooting, IT knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2008.
  • Database experience with SQL Server 2005/2008/2008 R2.
  • Prior experience with ACH, Lockbox and Electronic deposits.
  • Familiar with back end processes of item processing functionality, including ACH file validation, EBCIDIC x9.37 file processing, creating and validation of other proprietary financial communications between bank systems and customers.
  • Experience in call center or customer support a plus.
  • Able to multi-task and manage changing priorities to meet demands of clients.
  • Experience with interfacing at all levels from senior management to junior staff.
  • Excellent analytical, communication (verbal and written) skills;
  • Ability to work within procedures and enjoys problem solving and working to assist customers to bring issues to resolution.
